GUIDES
Guided by three gay wellness leaders — a therapist for the mind, a fitness coach for the body, and a yoga, breathwork, and sound bath guide for the spirit. This work is what we live, breathe, and believe in.
Brian Loveless, LMFT
Brian Loveless is a licensed therapist, author, and retreat facilitator who specializes in working with LGBTQ individuals navigating trauma, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, and chronic stress. His work focuses on helping people understand how their coping patterns were shaped by lived experience and how healing happens through learning to respond to yourself with awareness, compassion, and choice rather than self criticism.
Brian is the founder of Brian Loveless Therapy, a private practice based in California, and also works with the Los Angeles LGBT Center, where he supports clients with complex trauma histories, identity related stress, and the long term impact of feeling different, unseen, or unsafe in the world. His approach is trauma informed, relational, and grounded in real human experience rather than theory alone.
He is the author of You Were Never Broken: A Therapist’s Guide to Reclaiming Self Worth and Identity: A Journey Back to You, and is known for translating psychological concepts into language that feels accessible, honest, and deeply human.
At the retreat, Brian leads the mental and emotional health component, guiding participants through group conversations, reflective practices, and nervous system based tools designed to help them slow down, reconnect, and relate to themselves in a more grounded and sustainable way. His work creates space for authenticity, emotional safety, and meaningful connection both within yourself and with others.
Harry Rosedale, Nasm-CPT, AMFT
Harry Rosedale is a fitness coach based in Los Angeles, and the owner of Rosedale Fitness. His work centers on helping people reconnect with their bodies in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and human.
He has been working in the fitness space since 2015, guiding hundreds of individuals and groups across a wide range of backgrounds, ages, and fitness levels. In addition to one-on-one training, he has taught hundreds of group fitness classes at boutique fitness studios across Los Angeles, including for several years at Barry’s Bootcamp. Having struggled with his own eating disorders and body image issues, he is passionate about helping clients move beyond performance or aesthetics— focusing instead on strength, mobility, self-love, and feeling more at home in one’s body.
Alongside his work in fitness, Harry recently completed a two-year clinical internship at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, where he worked with queer individuals and couples navigating identity, relationships, self image, and other mental health issues. In 2025, he earned his Master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy from Alliant University. He is currently an Associate Marital and Family Therapist, working towards becoming a fully licensed therapist.
At the retreat, Harry will be an embodiment guide — creating workouts and cooldown practices that emphasize self-connection, gratitude for the body, and releasing perfectionism. His goal is to help participants move with intention, feel more confident, and develop a healthier, more compassionate relationship with their bodies.
Geoff Tough, E-RYT 500 hr, NLP
Geoff Tough is a yoga teacher, breathwork guide, and experiential facilitator whose work centers on helping people reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement, breath, and presence.
He is an E-RYT 500–certified yoga teacher, holds certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and is the founder of Invert Your World Yoga, Pilates, and Wellness Boutique in Philadelphia. Geoff is also a Lululemon Yoga Ambassador and serves as a yoga teacher for the Philadelphia Eagles, bringing his work into both intimate and high-performance environments.
Geoff’s approach bridges effort and ease — pairing movement with breath and stillness to support nervous-system regulation, mental clarity, and embodied awareness. Alongside his teaching, he mentors movement professionals and consults with studios and organizations to develop thoughtful, community-centered yoga and wellness programs.
At the retreat, Geoff leads the yoga, breathwork, and sound-based practices, offering participants accessible tools to slow down, integrate the work of the day, and reconnect with themselves. His sessions are inclusive and adaptable, designed to meet people where they are — whether they are new to these practices or returning with years of experience.
Geoff’s guiding philosophy is rooted in a simple truth: no matter where you are or what you’ve been through, you can always begin again.
