This deposit reserves your place on the priority waitlist for a private room if we move forward with a full property buyout for the retreat.

We’re currently exploring expanding the experience to include the full property, which would open up a limited number of private rooms.

How it works:

• A $500 deposit holds your place for a private room
• We’ll confirm by April 17th, 2026 if we’re moving forward with the full buyout
• If confirmed, your deposit will be applied toward your total retreat balance
• If not, your deposit will be fully refunded

Private rooms are limited and will be offered first to those on this list.

Total investment for a private room is $3,500 (pay in full) or $3,600 (Klarna payment plan).

Room Availability

Room availability is limited and offered on a first-come basis. Availability is determined by total reservations across all payment options. Once a room type reaches capacity, it will no longer be available.

Payment Options

Guests may reserve their spot by either paying in full or selecting a payment plan, when available. All pricing, payment schedules, and totals are clearly displayed at checkout.

Deposit Policy

All reservations include a $500 non-refundable deposit, which is applied toward the total retreat investment. The deposit secures your place in the retreat and covers accommodations and programming that cannot be resold once reserved.

Payment Plans

Payment plans consist of four monthly payments. The first payment includes the non-refundable deposit. Remaining payments are automatically charged to the card on file. Payment plan subscriptions are canceled after the final installment is processed.

Payment plans are offered based on availability. In the event a room type sells out before a payment plan enrollment can be fully confirmed, any payments received will be refunded in full.

Confirmation of Reservation

A reservation is considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed and availability is verified. Guests will receive a confirmation email upon completion of checkout.

Sold-Out Rooms

If a room type sells out, it will be marked as unavailable. Guests who attempt to enroll after a room type has reached capacity will be notified and refunded promptly.

Changes & Transfers

Room selections are subject to availability. Requests to change room types or transfer reservations may be considered on a case-by-case basis but cannot be guaranteed.

Refunds

Except as noted above in cases of availability conflicts, all payments are non-refundable. We strongly recommend securing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
